The Fine Print

Private charters $2000 and over require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation. Charters $2000 and under must be paid in full at time of reservation.
If you need to reschedule, charters are transferable until 72 hours before your departure. The full remaining balance will be charged within 72 hours of departure. Cancellations within 72 hours can not be rescheduled or refunded. No-shows can not be rescheduled or refunded.

For all private excursions over $2000, an automatic gratuity of 10% of your charter price will be added to your reservation for your captain and crew, unless opted for a higher gratuity amount.
No cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours of your departure date. No-shows will be charged in full.
Once you have purchased your tickets or made your reservation, all transactions and reservations are final and will not be reduced or refunded unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Outer Island Excursions may cancel tours due to severe weather or other unforseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued or passengers will be allowed to reschedule to any available date for no additional fees if a trip is cancelled in advance by Outer Island Excursions.
If you choose to end your tour early or if unforeseen circumstances result in the reduction of the duration of the tour, refunds will not be issued if wildlife viewing, fishing, kayaking, or other scheduled activity has already occurred.
Please arrive for check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure at the appropriate location.
Before each tour passengers are subject to signing a waiver to recognize the inherent risk of ocean adventure activity services provided by Outer Island Excursions.
